Pat Grice enlisted in the US Navy in 1992. After serving almost 10 years Pat retired in the fall of 2001. Pat wanted to spend more time with his wife who longed for him to be back home again in Indiana, yes, I’m borrowing from the song! Pat and his wife moved back to Indiana in 2015 and that’s when he joined the team at Martin Marietta as an electrician….. Fast forward to 2022 and you’ll find not only is Pat highly valued member of the MM team, but his son has also joined MM as an apprentice electrician. When asked why he’s so happy as a part of the MM team he said resoundingly, the team at MM takes the time to get to know you as a person not just an employee, they properly train you and provide great support, feedback and even opportunities to continue your education. MM truly is a people first company!
