Kelsay Little
Kelsay serves as Director of Finance & Operations. Kelsay brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in organizational procedures, finance, and non-profit processes. She is also the co-founder of a non-profit youth track and field organization, called AthLead Indy, where she manages all of the operational and day-to-day responsibilities.

Brian Evans
As Director of Outreach & Partnerships, Brian loves connecting with people and telling a community’s story. Crisscrossing Indiana, he connects with local leaders, businesses, and regional economic development groups to understand their workforce/community needs and showcasing what a partnership with INvets can mean for them.
After leaving the Marine Corps in 2017, Brian held a management position at the White House for two years while finishing a degree in Public Administration with a minor in History. He found his passion in community & workforce development after moving back to Indiana and working for Conexus, getting a crash course in our logistics/manufacturing industries. Brian now focuses on business development for INvets. He is a dedicated husband & father, and proudly serves in the Indiana Army National Guard.

Jesse Pimental
Jesse has lived a couple of lives in a short time (relative to the age of the earth). He worked in the private sector for over 10 years before fulfilling his desire to serve in the United States military. He comes to INvets after his time in the US Air Force as a SERE Specialist. Jesse’s desire to continue to serve is what led him to INvets. The opportunity to work with service members in one of the more difficult decisions they will experience, what to do post-military, provides a tremendous amount of job satisfaction.

Vicki served 20 years in the Air Force, turning wrenches and leading Airmen within aircraft maintenance repair units keeping planes flying and protecting us from above. Known as “Mama Bear” for many of her military years, she prides herself on taking care of those around her. Brayden Johnson grew up in Central Indiana and went to High School at Wapahani High School in Selma Indiana. He joined the United States Army when he was 19 years old and spent over eight years in Hawaii and Charlottesville VA while serving in multiple units. Christopher Smith
Christopher is the Northeast Indiana Engagement Manager. He retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service. He spent his first 4 years in active-duty, and the remaining 16 as an AGR in the Indiana Air National Guard. Upon retirement in 2023, he worked in the Defense Industry for a year before realizing his true passion is being in service to others, especially the veteran community. Christopher is extremely excited to be in a position to help his fellow brothers and sisters in arms make that transition from the military into the civilian sector!

Jeremy Kinker
Jeremy has been in the Indiana Army National Guard since February 2014, spending the entirety of his career so far in the reconnaissance community. Jeremy Started off as a 25C1P Radio Operator Maintainer and paratrooper with D Co LRS, and currently serves as an 11BB4 Sniper Team Leader in C Troop 1-152 CAV. In the civilian sector, Jeremy is an Indiana University of Columbus alumni, and has previous experience in both business and IT.
