Quality Saw & Seal began as a dream in Scott Eilken's mind as he ran a slab saw for "someone else." It came to fruition when that "someone else" stopped paying their employees accordingly and Scott decided to take some employees with him and open Quality Saw & Seal almost 30 years ago. Safety is #1 priority at Quality Saw & Seal and nothing less will be accepted. When we hear the term, "so and so can do it for less," it should be worrisome for their employees as corners are being cut. Quality strives to provides an opportunity driven, family structured, work place with room to learn different areas of this industry.
