Paschall Logistics has made it easy for me to transition from having a military mind-set to how things are done in the civilian world. Working here allows me to use attributes I learned in the military. As an Account Manager, I use discipline, drive, organization, and team work every day. Another positive thing about Paschall Logistics is that we act more as family than co-workers. A fast pace environment, can sometimes be stressful. And just like in the army, its always comforting to know that you don’t go through anything alone. You have comradery within Paschall Logistics. Each and every person is consistent in assisting with solutions to any problems that may arise. I am thankful for this organization and couldn’t ask for anything better.
