As a company with a deep appreciation for the service of our veterans, Kodiak Guard Services makes it our mission to give back. Despite extensive training in valuable skill sets, we see that our veterans are underpaid, underappreciated, and deserve a job that will provide the income to take care of their families and protect their communities. Kodiak Guard Services places a special emphasis on seeking candidates with backgrounds in law enforcement and emergency medical services, but for those with little experience, looking to invest in their futures, we also provide paths to desired careers through our certified instructors. The apprenticeship program will soon be up and running. Not only will this allow employees to earn an hourly wage with Kodiak Guard Services, it will allow veterans to apply for their GI Bill to supplement that income.
