We often talk about faith, family and FORUM to voice our story. We recognize and embrace what’s important to one another. As colleagues, we spend a lot of time together. Our teammates often express that FORUM has a feeling of family, and there is a genuine sense of care and compassion. Our focus on service to our members expands to service in our community. Annually, employees select a local charity to support and raise thousands of dollars to make a difference in our community. Celebrations are a part of our FORUM story – we celebrate career milestones such as service anniversaries, promotions and retirements. As well as life celebrations like graduations, weddings, and new babies.
