What do we do at KCARC? KCARC is a multifaceted 501 (C)(3) organization focused on the betterment of Knox County, Indiana. KCARC manifests its importance for the greater community through manufacturing, early childhood developmental programs, school aged student transition services, programs for those with addictions, employment and job training services, community fun center, intellectual and developmental disability services including group home/waiver services, adult day services and behavior management services.
