Noble Trails

All across the county, people head out to their neighborhood trails to get exercise, a breath of fresh air, and relax. Noble Trails is the lead organization developing the local trail systems to connect our communities.

Chain O'Lakes State Park

This is lake country and a small boater's paradise! Nine connecting lakes provide the center for outdoor adventures at Chain O'Lakes. Paddle, hike, fish, swim, and stay to enjoy this beautiful destination in Noble County.


In 2022, Noble County opened the region's first-of-its kind Industry 4.0 Smart lab to skill up local talent and enhance the talent pipeline to meet the needs of modern industrial occupations. Noble County is a leader in workforce development.
