C&J Well Co. is a premier water well drilling and well pump service company in Central Indiana. Since 1996, C&J Well Co has continued to grow. C&J has gone from simply drilling water wells to handling all aspects of well service, such as preventative maintenance, excavation, well pump service, and connections to city water using horizontal boring technology. From our humble beginnings, we now have three locations, over 60 employees, three state-of-the-art Versadrill rotary-drill rigs, and one bucket-well drill rig. C&J is also a company with a cause—providing for the physical and spiritual needs of those less fortunate. We are partnering with Faith Children’s Village to support orphans in Zambia, as well as Filter of Hope to provide clean water in impoverished countries.
