Northbend Pattern Works, LLC
We specialize in making tooling for iron foundry. This includes vertical and horizontal molding machines as well a larger variety of corebox tooling. Approximately 75% of our business is focused on high volume production automotive parts such as steering knuckles, control arms, brake calipers, crankshafts, diff cases, & engine brackets. The rest consist of non-automotive industries such as pump housings, gear boxes, counterweights, etc. All patterns are produced using CNC machining and EDM processes to ensure accurate and consistent quality of parts.
My transition has been relatively difficult since exiting the military, but Northbend Pattern Works has made it much easier. I've been learning a well-rounded trade while getting consistent paychecks and staying close to family.
