Conner Prairie

We are one of the largest attractions in the region and one of the most visited outdoor museums in the country. We have a long history of innovation that spans the fields of science, history, art, and nature. On our grounds, every guest has the opportunity to pursue fun and knowledge in a way that is tailored to them. I am a Gulf War combat veteran, having served in the United States Air Force during Desert Storm as a noncommissioned officer providing field communications to flight operations units. I’ve had the pleasure of working at Conner Prairie for just over 5 years now. While we offer unique, engaging experiences for our guests, Conner Prairie also provides unique, engaging work experiences for the staff who make Conner Prairie such an amazing place, solidifying Conner Prairie as a great employment opportunity. Leadership at Conner Prairie understands that the knowledge and experience gained from military duty - not just technical, but also with life skills and critical thinking - are key to being able to step out of the box, adapt and overcome, and ultimately work the problem to support the mission.
