Dana is the Director of Veteran Ambassadors. A retired Army Forward Observer, Dana found a home here at INvets continuing his service to others. Dana is passionate about assisting veterans with transition and building relationships with his clients.

Andrew Messmer
Director Operations
Andrew became the Director of Operations in 2025 after previously serving in multiple roles as a Veteran Engagement Manager. He began his military service in 1999, rejoined in 2005 after a break, and was medically retired from the Army in 2019. Following retirement, Andrew chose Indiana as his permanent home and now resides in the Fort Wayne area, where he actively leads Veteran-focused initiatives and drives meaningful change.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, along with several certifications dedicated to supporting Veterans.
Outside of INvets, Andrew enjoys spending time with his two children and continues his service to Veterans as the Executive Director of Clothes for Joes in Fort Wayne.

Nichole Rouached
Director of Advancement
Nichole thrives on working with people, which has led her to a rather eclectic professional experience of being a fundraiser and an educator before she got into workforce development. She has spent last six years providing creative talent solutions for Indiana’s robust orthopedic manufacturing community and is excited to be part of a team that bridges future Hoosiers and their families with meaningful career opportunities.

Kelsay Little
Director of Finance and Administration
Kelsay serves as Director of Finance & Operations. Kelsay brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in organizational procedures, finance, and non-profit processes. She is also the co-founder of a non-profit youth track and field organization, called AthLead Indy, where she manages all of the operational and day-to-day responsibilities.

Jeremy Kinker
IT Systems Manager
Jeremy has been in the Indiana Army National Guard since February 2014, spending the entirety of his career so far in the reconnaissance community. Jeremy Started off as a 25C1P Radio Operator Maintainer and paratrooper with D Co LRS, and currently serves as an 11BB4 Sniper Team Leader in C Troop 1-152 CAV. In the civilian sector, Jeremy is an Indiana University of Columbus alumni, and has previous experience in both business and IT.

Victoria Molnar
Veteran Engagement Manager
Vicki served 20 years in the Air Force, turning wrenches and leading Airmen within aircraft maintenance repair units keeping planes flying and protecting us from above. Known as “Mama Bear” for many of her military years, she prides herself on taking care of those around her. Vicki is extremely happy to be back home in Indiana guiding fellow transitioning service members on unfamiliar paths and advocating for their exciting new adventures and career opportunities!

Brayden Johnson grew up in Central Indiana and went to High School at Wapahani High School in Selma Indiana. He joined the United States Army when he was 19 years old and spent over eight years in Hawaii and Charlottesville VA while serving in multiple units. Brayden Johnson moved back to Central Indiana and chose this career path for INVets because of his sense of accomplishment and wanting to help others.
