This is a thank you to all our clients, and our corporate and community partners, for collaborating with INvets to serve those who have served us. Attached is your digital copy of our INvets Annual Report. An overview of our accomplishments for the 2025 fiscal year.
The last six months of the 2025 fiscal year brought substantial changes for INvets including a significant funding reduction, which in turn brought incredible focus and resilience. Our team have worked hard to reorganize, streamline operations, adjust travel and staffing, reduce operational expense and staffing costs, and worked to ensure that every dollar was spent intentionally to serve veterans and their families.
An overview of the last fiscal year:
- 652 new residents welcomed to Indiana — a 33% increase over 2024
- 249 veterans and 403 family members supported their relocation
- 839 total hires since 2020
- $48.38 million total economic output generated
- $7 million state investment → $6.91 ROI per $1 spent
- 64% of INvets clients engaged with mental health support through Happy, LLC
- 634 average monthly calls and 50% reduction in depression, 43% drop in anxiety, 42% decrease in loneliness among participants
INvets continues to:
- Support veterans, their spouses, and families: Our Veteran Engagement Managers have and will continue helping service members successfully transition and connect with Indiana employers and communities.
- Strengthen efficiency: We reorganized and prioritized our work to make the most of every resource while keeping services strong.
- Build and strengthen partnerships: Together with employers, community partners, and state leaders, we are expanding opportunities for veterans moving to Indiana.
- Remain Visible and Increase Awareness: Our outreach and marketing are illuminating our work and sharing the benefits of Indiana for veterans and their families to live and work.
